At Jen-Ken Kilns, we strive to ensure your firing equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your kiln or accessories within 30 days of delivery subject to our inspection and restocking guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Secure Professional Packaging

  Carefully repack the kiln in its original factory crate or packaging to prevent heating element damage or firebrick breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship via Freight or Carrier

  Arrange for shipment back to our manufacturing facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior and the package is fully insured.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
